Love this skirt! Flattering on my figure and makes my butt look great too! Nice for work or for going out for drinks with my gal pals. I got in a size L (says XL on this, but got an L) and it fits me as a size 12/14 just fine. Appreciate the little details like the zig zag stitching on the hem and the black fabric on the waistline. High quality and very well made.

I am so in LOVE with this skirt!! It is my very favorite article of clothing and as soon as I put it on I knew I never wanted to take it off. The fabric is so soft but it's weight is thick enough to feel luxurious, but light enough to be flattering. This is the second Geek Chic Fashion skirt I own. I love both of my skirts and I want one of each. The construction is amazing and this skirt would be flattering on any body type. I'll be purchasing many of these for friends and family. THANK YOU!!

The good is that the shop owner's design concept is unique & her creations are creative. She is also an excellent & professional communicator. The not so good is that this skirt is made out of very thin T-shirt-like fabric. It is of a far lower quality than I would expect for $50. I have $13 skirts from Forever21 that are made of weightier fabric. Also, I ordered a custom size because my shape is a tad bottom heavy. My sizing was not well executed, but I was stuck with it (or an equally poorly-sized-for-my-body replacement) because it was custom & not able to be resold if returned. To the shop owner's credit she did grant me my requested partial refund. However, I will say the 'cheapness' of the fabric is inexcusable for a $50 skirt & the designer has burden to accurately execute custom sizing if returns are not accepted.
